AIMS AND POSITION STATEMENTS
The Australian Family Party aims and objectives are laid down in our National Constitution.
- To defend and support Australian Families.
- To protect and support the wellbeing and welfare of all Australians through all legitimate and legal means.
- To overhaul and reform the Australian Family Law Act, The Australian Family Court and The Child Support Agency so that it is fair to all concerned, that is: Children, Non Custodial Parents, Custodial Parents, Grand-Parents and siblings.
- To be a voice for underprivileged, poor and needy Australians, especially Aged and Young Australians.

CURRENT ACTIVITES
We are currently working effectively on the following.
- Campaiging against the Multilateral Agreement on Investement
- Considering our position on the issues relating to TAX REFORM
- Committed to campaigning against a Republic in Australia, and are currently identifing strategies with regard to the Referendum, which will be forthcoming in the next 12 months, and the need to ensure that South Australia and Queensland defeat the proposals.
- We are and remain actively committed to oppose the Aged Care Reforms of the Howard Government.

MEMBERSHIP
Membership is invited from all Australians who will:
- Support and actively campaign in support the Australian Family Party.
- Who pay the membership fees together with a completed signed application form, as well as the resource services levy.
