I signed your guestbook before viewing other enteries. Therefore that was not a detailed one like others. So I decided to write a midium sized comment.

The nuclear tests by Pakistan was a brave move and everyone must admit that it was. All the non-muslims are one nation. Prophet Mohammed (pbuh) said "Al-Kufr milla wahida", meaning that all the Non-Muslims are ONE nation. It indirectly means that all t e Muslims are one nation. In another hadith it is also said that Muslims should never trust anyone but Allah and that Non-Muslims will always think about harming Muslims. America, India, Russia, Israel, and evern China, they will act against us gradually. Prophet Muhammed (pbuh) said that "All Muslims are brothers". Let me ask my Muslim brothers that if someone is your brother's enemy, is he not your enemy?? If someone is Osama-bin-Ladan's enemy, is he not your enemy?? If someone is Pakistan's enemy is he ot your enemy?? If someone is Afghanistan's enemy, is he not your enemy?? If someone is Palestine's enemy, is he not your enemy?? If someone is Allah's enemy, is he not against whole Muslim Umma?? If Hindus are killing your brother's in Kashmir, what is y ur responsibility?? If Americans are killing your brothers in Afghanistan and Sudan, what is your responsibility?? If the Serbs are croats are slaughtering Muslims in Bosnia, what is your responsibility?? My brothers! Our responsibility is more than just urning flags and making statements. It is a necessity for us to get united under the name of one Allah and kick the butts of our enemies. I must congratulate Pakistan for their successful nuclear tests. The USA should condemn itself for starting the arms race by testing and possessing their nuclear bombs 50 years ago. The Americans were the bad guys who started it first. All nations were created equal and Pakistan, like the USA, has equal rights to own a bomb. The western media has an obligation and moral courage to condemn the USA and not act like the biased mouthpiece for the USA. It's ironic that the current US president is expressing fear of a second 'Cold War' when it was Truman who started all this anyway with Hiroshima! What's good for America is declared offensive when anyone else in the world doed the same. How hypocritical. All of those in both West and East who supported the development of nuclear arms capabilities from 1945 onwards can hardly start wringing their hands in anguish now...they should have washed their hands long before! I ask you would it not be foolhardy for a country to sit back in silence in the wake of a nuclear threat from its neighbor? No I say! Even if Pakistan was to play goody-two-shoes, is it safe for it to assume that the super powers would aid Pakistan in the event of aggression by India? Not so .....when the world watched Bosnia being raped by Serbia and the westerners actually doing nothing. The only thing unfortunate about Pakistan's response is that it is a Muslim country and the western countries' double standards come into play. Lastly, economic sanctions may hurt Pakistan in the short run, but I believe it is in our own benefit in the long run. What Pakistanis need is self respect, self esteem and motivation to work harder. This is the best opportunity to tell Pakistani people that yes, you can do it, you can be a self reliant nation and yes the world will respect you if you will respect yourself. Pakistani Prime Minister has rightly said that if Japan had nuclear bomb, US wouldn't have dared to attack it with its own. Long Live Pakistan.
