Project PGP - Back from the Dead

OK, so paintball is really an adiction, I admit it! I have plenty of paintball markers already, and I can hardly keep up with using them all, but I had to go out there and buy me another one! Well, it's done already, so I'll stop complaining about it. :-)

I got this PGP from Kevin ad Six Airsmith. He had tons of these for sale at a VERY VERY low price, so I couldn't resist it. He told me that they were not in good condition at all, so I already knew that I would have to work on it to get it up and running.

It came fully assembled, but since I had to clean up everything anyway, I took it apart. The picture above shows the PGP already disassembled, and some of the parts (not all of them). The pictures below show some details of these parts. You can tell that work is needed. :-)

This poor baby was used, and abused, and then left to die. There was sand, dust, paint and rust all over it, and all over the parts. Cleaning will definitely be the hardest part. One good thing is that there's nothing missing! All the parts are there! But I'll have to replace a few items, such as grips (it came with stock Automag grips) and bolt (the bolt that came with it is totally thrashed). I'll probably add a velocity adjuster and a fasst changer that I have laying around.
