My Weekly Rant!

WWF an International Power?

For many people, who do get Prodigy, you read my notes about WCW being a much better league than the WWF. Problem-- There's always those moronic WWF fans who write unintelligent comments and make themselves look like fools. Or there are fans who try to argue with me. Their main point-- Shawn Michaels is the greatest American technical wrestler. Is there something wrong with this point? Shawn Michaels, right now, could be the personal jobber boy for Mikey Whipwreck, Bret Hart, Rey Misterio Jr., Damien, Psicosis, Ultimo Dragon, Hayabusa, Billy Kidman, Dean Malenko, Chris Benoit, Chris Jericho, Pitbull #2, and Eddy Guerrero. BTW, they wrestle in America, for those who couldn't figure that out. The WWF has nobody that could wrestle a match with the top stars of other promotions, and could definitely not match up hold by hold. I heard arguments about Michaels' WM12 match. What match really? Hardly any technical wrestling, lots of rest holds, cheap finish, what else would you expect from a second-rate league? Can Someone honestly prove to me that Michaels could take on Muta (NJPW), Misawa (All Japan), Pogo (FMW), Cactus Jack (IWA Japan), Great Sasuke (Michinoku Pro), and Masa Funaki (Pancrase)? Not a chance in hell. Is there someone from WCW who could compete with Mexican stars and Japanese stars. Sure as hell there are. The Giant and Sting are invited to many Japanese cards, even from leagues not associated with WCW, like UWFi and WAR. Can the WWF say this? Remember when the WWF had that deal in 1990 with All Japan? Look what happened-- In the last 7 years, WWF stars have gone to All Japan cards and wrestled. Not ONE All Japan star wrestled on a WWF card. Seems like the WWF is not a respected league, and that's FACT. If ANYONE can prove that the WWF is an International Power, TRY IT.

Short Rant

This week, my rant page is short, mainly because I do not have the time to rant and rave about EVERYTHING. So, if you want to write to me, write me at:

I love mail. Write me about wrestling, dammit!

Michinoku Pro vs. FMW

When I come back from vacation, Nick and I will have dueling rants, and I encourage other people who watch Michinoku Pro and FMW to partake in the bloodbath arguments. :) Look for it to come soon, it will be fun to see how badly Nick does.
