Welcome to the SFRP Rossi Swim Team!

Rossi Swim Team is a non profit organization dedicated to guiding children to achieve excellence in the sport of swimming. We have been a USS registered swim team since 1992. Our dedicated coaching staff is committed to offering a competitive and comprehensive swim program to children of all ages.


::	Swim-A-Thon Raises Over $5000 for Hurricane Katrina - 9/11/05
	On September 16, 2005 our swimmers took to the water to raise funds for the American Red Cross to benefit the survivors of Hurricane Katrina. The swim-a-thon was a huge success and our team raised a whopping $5100 as a result of this mass effort. Way to go Rossi Swim Team!!
::	Monterey 2005 Summer's End Swim Classic - 9/3/05
	Rossi Swim Team earned over 2000 points to claim the 2005 Summer's End Swim Classic Team High Point Award at Monterey during the Labor Day weekend September 3-4th, 2005. The highlight of the swim meet were the 49er relays where our eight relay teams won six awards. We also had 4 high point winners.
::	Team T-Shirts - 6/04/05
	Team t-shirt designs are available now. Please contact Alvin if you would like to purchase a t-shirt. T-shirts will be mandatory for all swimmers. We have adult S-XXL and childrens S-L. Please support our team and wear these t-shirts at our team functions.
::	New Website Address - 6/04/05
	We just registered www.SFRPRossiSwimming.org. Eventually, we will transfer the entire site onto another server so we won't have to deal with the Yahoo ads. In the meantime, please bookmark our new address!

	Michael Phelps, Ian Crocker and Lenny Krayzelburg paid a visit to swimmers at Martin Luther King Pool. As part of the Disney's "Swim with the Stars" tour, the Olympians demonstrated their swimming before signing autographs.
