Brilliant Record:

            -sign his first professional contract with Vicenza in the 
             third division at the age of fifteen. Made his series A 
             debut for Fiorentina in 86 scoring 32 goals in first two 
             full sersons.

            -Signed by Jeventus from Fiorentina in 90 for a then 
             world record fee 12 million dollars. Later transferred 
             to AC Milan in 95 and then joined Bologna in 97 having 
             brilliant record in both teams.

            -UEFA finalist with Fiorentina in the year of 90, and 
             voted the European footballer of the year in 1993 
             and runner-up in1994.

            -Won UEFA Cup with Jeventus in 93, and runner-up 
             in 95. Also won Italian championship and Cup in 95 
             with Jeventus.

            -Transferred to AC Milan in 95 and won Italian league 
             title in 96.

            -Member of the Italian squad who finished third at the 
             90 World Cup Final. Starred again for Italy at the 94 
             World Cup finals, scoring 5 goals.
