Henrik Larsson is the Celtic fans hero. In his first season (1997/98 )with the club he played a crucial role in helping them win the double, including a goal in the Coca-Cola cup final against Dundee Utd and a screamer v St.Johnstone to win the league in the final game of the season.

The following season he became Swedish Player of the Year, Scottish Player's Player of the Year, Football Writer's Player of the Year and Scotland's BBC Sports Personality of the Year. He scored a barrowload of goals as well including 2 in the Celtic 5 Rangers 1 game.

Unfortunatley Henrik Larsson broke his leg in a UEFA cup tie against Lyon and will miss the remainder of this season but before that he scored his 50th League goal for Celtic .
