Hi! This page is all about me.  I'm six now!  Read about me and see some pictures, too. Guess what?  I'm in FIRST GRADE this year!  I've made lots of new friends at my school. I love reading -- I recently finished the Elm Tree Royal Read-A-Thon with 107 books.  My grandparents pledged a lot of money!.My favorite books right now are the Magic School Bus series, and my mom and I are reading Oliver Twist together, because I really enjoyed seeing the musical  Oliver! My American Kids competition pieces have all advanced to Nationals, and I even received a 1st Place for my age group (6-8) for my solo "I Whistle A Happy Tune" (from the King & I) at the National Qualifer competition in early May.  My other solo "Bare Necessities" also won a gold medal at the national qualifer.  My group acts did really well, too.  Check out my pictures, below!

"I Whistle a Happy Tune" from The King and I.  I won a gold medal at Regionals, and another gold medal and first place in my age group at National Qualifiers. I'm practicing for National Finals in Branson in July 2003.

"The Bare Necessities" from The Jungle Book.  I received gold medals at Regional and National Qualifier competitions.  I'm adding some fun parts to it for Nationals.
