Team Outline
The Stirling Lakettes are looking forward to defending their 1A Provincial title. The Lakettes have struggled, with many ups and downs this year due to injury. They finished fourth, with a 4-6 record in a very strong River Ridge Basketball league. They won their own Renee Pitcher Memorial Tournament, the Black Diamond Invitational Tournament, and consolation at the Picture Butte Invitational Tournament, giving them an 8-4 record in tournament play. Stirling is a small school located 30 km south of Lethbridge. The school accomodates grades K-12 and has a school population of about 330 students. The village has a population of about 900 people.
