Entry Form (...sort of)

Ok, here it is, the ZNY2K official entry form:-

Woah! before you click that pretty icon; there are two things you should know:

1. It's a fat, heavy bastard at 18 Kb - expect 1 minute download time on a 14.4 Kb/s connection.
2. I scanned it at 100 dpi to try to keep the size low - but now it prints like shite!

[Ok, I know I should get my arse in gear and put up a nice-printing html version, or better still a CGI script, but it'll take too long (trust me on this - I put my resume on line a few years ago, adjusting the table cell sizes by trial and error 'til it printed nice from any browser, and it took ages), and there are tons of other things that need doing for ZNY2K which will be of benefit to all the attendees - not just the 30% or so on-line.]

Sooo... if you can't get a copy from your kennel's On-Sex (Down-Down 'em!) and the above points bug you, send me an e-mail with "E-mail me a rego form you lazy git" in the subject line and I'll attach a file by return. It'll be in Word 97™ format unless you ask for Word 95™. (It's even fatter at 26 Kb, but at least it'll print pretty...)
