Pictures of the Muhibbah Team 2 from 1998

The Muhibbah Team 2 receiving their honourable down-down for the '98 run from incumbent '98 On-Sec Charlie who has now joined the team. The takeover team from the initial Merdeka Gang was the Muhibbah Team 2 comprising Zaki Hamsah, Chris Tan, Rob Stott, and Kana Besar.  Charlie " Dynamite " Chandran the On-Sec for  '98 is here officiating and giving the team their reward of a down-down of the amber fluid. Rob Stott, the official hare for the team for '98 is having to take his medicine from the piss pot.

The English ' roses ' Nick Mason and Colin King in Malaysian national garb at the 98 Merdeka Day run, but more usually seen with their St. Georges cross and eating fish and chips from the newspaper.

But where's the knotted handkerchief for the headgear ?

For '99 Kana was substituted by Charlie and the team continued with its usual format. The '99 run was in Puncak Alam through farms and jungle tracks on the fringe of Bukit Cahaya, a nature reserve.
The team assembled at the start before setting the run.

On the reccee fresh big animal footprints were seen, probably a black cat or bear, tapir prints were also seen.
Here we see the team setting the trail with Pola Singh in the picture considering making a comeback into the team.
