Sinnissippi Park Course Description

Directions: I-88 to Sterling/Rock Falls exit 41, go North through Rock Falls across bridge to 3rd Street. Turn right, go approx. 5 miles. Turn right at cemetary. Right into park, within park, first tee is left near pavilion. 18 Holes, Mach 3 Cement pads mark all tees.

Hole #1 - Tee - Next to pavilion
Basket - towards river, slight dogleg left, downhill
Bailouts - stay towards the right side

Hole #2 - Tee - left of basket 1
Basket - big dogleg right, blind shot
Bailouts - good risk reward hole for righties

Hole #3 - Tee - left of two
Basket - downhill, opens up near basket
Bailouts - miss the trees and make birdie

Hole #4 - Tee - left and up from three
Basket - up hill, hidden behind sign
Bailouts - nothing complicated here

Hole #5 - Tee - towards pavilion
Basket - way down the hill across creek
Bailouts - great hole, power throwers may be able to reach for birdie

Hole #6 - Tee - back across the creek, on the right side
Basket - back up the hill
Bailouts - nothing fancy, just need a long drive

Hole #7 - Tee - next to pavilion
Basket - back down the hill, same level as five
Bailouts - slight anhyzer needed

Hole #8 - Tee - other side of evergreens
Basket - slightly hidden, mild dogleg right
Bailouts - good drive, make birdie

Hole #9 - Tee - other side of evergreens and road
Basket - slight dogleg left
Bailouts - long drive needed for birdie

Hole #10 - Tee - towards road
Basket - down hill between trees
Bailouts - open drive, chuck it

Hole #11 - Tee - left of 10
Basket - up mild slope, slightly hidden
Bailouts - good shot left or right and make birdie

Hole #12 - Tee - right of 11
Basket - straight, near road
Bailouts - avoid the trees on the left

Hole #13 - Tee - across road
Basket - along road over sign
Bailouts - need very accurate drive

Hole #14 - Tee - along road left of thirteen
Basket - dogleg right short hole
Bailouts - good birdie opportunity on short hole

Hole #15 - Tee - right of fourteen
Basket - straight between the trees
Bailouts - low and straight needed for birdie

Hole #16 - Tee - behind basket
Basket - slightly hidden, mild dogleg left
Bailouts - frustrating hole, narrow fairway

Hole #17 - Tee - behind sixteen
Basket - back towards the road
Bailouts - slightly uphill, stay low

Hole #18 - Tee - across road
Basket - along road, long hill
Bailouts - watch out for OB, good finishing hole
