Really Real? - It's called "reality TV" but these shows are hardly real. Most of the people on these shows are struggling actors or publicity whores looking for extra attention. However, I'm sure many of the people on these shows are very nice as well. It's a mixed crowd. Also keep in mind that these people are probably acting way out of character and playing it up for the cameras. And last but not least is the editing. There are shows that are partially scripted and shows where events are shown out of order to make people look worse than they actually are. It's a twisted world out there...don't always believe everything you see!

Dating Shows - These shows where 20 men or women compete for love are so stupid. You know, the ones like Joe Millionaire, The Bachelor, Bachelorette, Average Joe, etc. Of course, you have the people who are naive and think it's all real and it's a fairytale. But, in reality, all these people are looking for is exposure, money, and fame. You don't find love with a bunch of fake, superficial people COMPETING for a prize. These women & men aren't looking for love...that's for sure. You can't force a relationship like that. The 1 person they are competing for, whether it be a man or a woman, is a piece of meat & a trophy and that's all. It's impossible for you to have 15-20 people of the opposite sex and have them all attracted to and wanting to be with this 1 person that is the main star...it just doesn't happen. People have different tastes. And they are all "falling in love" like 3 days after meeting this person...it's really quite pathetic. When you see someone who is sent home and they are crying talking about how this person missed out and they were so in love...that person needs to be slapped with a real reality stick. After the show is over, the 2 people that end up together break up almost immediately...kind of a waste of everyone's time.
