Maldini tells Luca : Come and get me

Italian legend Paolo Maldini wants to end his stunning career in the Premiership.

And the World Cup star is hoping he can sweet-talk old pal Luca Vialli into offering him a two year deal at Chelsea.

AC Milan ace Maldini feels he has done everything he can in Serie A and wants to follow the long line of foreign superstars to England.

He aims to bring the curtain down on his 17 year love affair at the San Siro by helping Italy to be crowned kings of Europe this summer.

But as soon as Euro 2000 ends Maldini regarded as the worlds greatest left back is planning to wing his way into the Premiership.

And Chelsea or any other interested Premiership outfit will be able to pick him up for FREE, all they need to afford is the brilliant 33-year old defenders £30,000  a week wage demands.

Maldini still has two years left of his current contract, but Milan are willing to let him go for nothing because of his great service to the club and because of his age.

Maldini admitted "I would not rule out a move to England-maybe Chelsea or another London club"
