Another player signed on the Bosman ruling from Dutch giants Ajax

He is a tough tackling centre back or midfielder
and can play in any permentation in a back four.

22 year old Mario is a product of the famous youth policy, and he played over 100 games for Ajax as well as playing 13 times for Holland U21.

Ruud Gullit when Chelsea manager tried to sign him but Mario decided to stay at Ajax and gain more expirience, as soon as Chelsea heard that he was out of contract, Colin Hutchinson waisted no time in completing the signing of this big Dutchman.
