The France World Cup Captain has already won the league in France with Marseille aand in Italy with Juventus.
He turned down moves to Spain and back home when he heard the Blues had met Juve's £3.5 Million asking price.
Midfielder Deschamps believes Chelsea are now properly equipped to to break the dominance of Manchester United and Arsenal after pushing them so close last season , He said
"I gained championship medals both in France and Italy , the final challenge of my career is to win the league title in England".
"There were offers to go back to France or to move to Spain but coming to Chelsea meant I would be part of a big melting pot of players in the Premier League".
"Chelsea represent two things for me , a opportunity and a challenge but there is only one reason I signed - to win the title".
I have seen the football here and it is difficult to see beyond Manchester United , Arsenal and Chelsea for the title, I think it is Chelsea's turn".
"It's been so long since Chelsea last won the league and winning it this time won't all be down to me".
"It is plain to me that the Premiership is physical and it will be impossible to play all the matches because of injuries picked up and the sheer amount of games".
"I just hope that I can play a significant part in ending the wait for the supporters".
