EDITORIAL :
This year will mark the fourth year of the 4B Flying Club’s formation.
Many people have contributed to its establishment, but the most important person whom we all have to thank is our President, YAB Datuk Wira Hj Mohd Ali bin Mohd Rustam, whose idea in 1995 started our club. And we received very delightful news recently when he was appointed as the new Chief Minister of Melaka.

The year 2000 also sees the first 4B Flying Club newsletter. We hope to produce this newsletter on a regular basis. While highlighting club activities, we would like to make each issue as interesting as possible. To achieve this, we will be having articles and statistics on all things of interest in aviation.
The 4B Flying Club is proud to participate in a sport that has been, for a long time, linked to exclusiveness and glamour. We, in KP4B, want to make the dream of flight affordable to as many as possible. Let’s go forward together!
