Joe is in his third year as head coach of the Colonials.
Before arriving at Jefferson, Joe coached the junior varsity team at Edison in 1997, improving the team from 2-8 to 7-3-1 in just one season. Prior to that, Joe served as an assistant coach and a head JV coach at Calvert, his high school alma mater. Coach Bissette's career coaching record is 37-23-1.
Joe played his collegiate lacrosse at St. Mary's College in Maryland and served as team captain in 1994. He was also named to the all Capital Athletic Conference team in 1993 at midfield.
In Joe's "spare" time, he works as the deputy director of marketing at The Retired Officers Association in Alexandria, an association of commissioned military officers.

Tyler is in his second year with the Colonials.
Last season, Coach Young's hard work led to very competitive contests with Robinson and Woodson, and included a tie with a talented Centreville JV.
Tyler is also a St. Mary's College of Maryland alum, playing defense for the Seahawks before graduating in 1993.
Tyler currently teaches for the Alexandria City school system and resides in Alexandria.

Jonathan is in his second season with the Colonials. A graduate of Ohio State University and an All-American midfielder in high school at Calvert, Jonathan will run the defense this season..
