When Paul Harvey's son enacted a hostile take over of his radio show and now he found himself without a job. Since he had never payed his taxes, he had no social security checks and was forced to find work in Civil Improvments for the city of Hazard. He was digging a ditch down the mighty holler of Pigeonroost when wrestler Grinchfist sited him and talked Wayne to giving him a job. Now he often teams with former celebrities Robin Leech and Satan, commentating main events on the weekly show.
