Notes:

The man who formerly worked for Stay Rite systems of Knott Co., Kentucky was hired by Jeff Combs as a favor to his "friend" Mike Cornett. Wayne made a big impression because he would do or believe anything owner Combs mentioned after a 6-pack. After our owner was injured by Krazy K in Episode 5, he made Wayne the commisoner of the I.A.W.A and left him in charge until his return in Episode 9. Wayne is still the commisoner and uses the corporate budget to finance his beer runs!
