Tradition opens the show, as the Jewish people celebrate the age-old ways that have sustained their culture. Next, Tzeitel, Hodel, and Chava gather together for a tender and haunting Sabbath Prayer. The third number, Weddin Celebration and Bottle Dance celebrates the joyous occasion of Tzeitel's wedding. Finally, Anatevka brings forth the bittersweet memories the people have of their beloved town, as they are forced from their homes to begin their lives again in a Strange, New Place.
