6/7/06 Meeting Minutes
Senior Soccer League
Attendees: Antonio Caceda (Incas), Neil Carman (Rovers), Italo Furlan
(Milan), Glen Hutcheson (Avanti), Ard Keuilian (League President), Ader Khattab
(International), Alfred Kishimoto (Incas), Bob Mazenauer (Treasurer), Joe Morales (OCF.C),
Jeff Rowe (Belmont), Richard Shirey (Secretary), Chris Tait (Calif. Gold), Roger Tombolesi

- Team dues of $400
are due 7/15/06
- Team Manager right
to take a net – the team manager who finishes his game always has the right to take a
net. Vote 4 to 2. This means if a team does not bring a net to the
game, then they may have to play with out a net. Team
managers are encouraged to work out an arrangement where the two nets stay on the field
and the leaving team manager later gets his net to his satisfaction.
- The 6/10, 6/17,
and 6/24/06 games have to been rescheduled to 7/8, 7/15 and 7/22/06. Vote 4 to 2.
This is to accommodate players wishing to watch World Cup games.
- There will be an
intra-league Tournament beginning 8/5/06 at Edgar field.
Italo Furlan will provide details of tournament format and rules.
- The League
Champion cup will be given to the team with the most points thru round 3.
- Players
transferring to Avanti will resume paying the $20 transfer fee.
- Sanctions for
violence toward players and referees:
- The sanction
issued by the Trial Board for any incident against a referee will be reviewed by the
president for appropriateness.
- The Trial Board
will follow the League rules for minimum penalties for fighting between players or
violence toward a referee.
- Referees must
provide detail reports of violent red cards.
