Qualified social dance teachers may join the DanceWell teaching staff and be a major shareholder in the studio:The Franchise System
Each employed teacher of the DanceWell Social Studios (Franchisor Studio) will be granted the opportunity to become a major (60%-40%) shareholder of the organisation. This means teachers earn a 60% share of the gross income of the studio while the studio earns 40%. The teacher therefore, is given a chance to run his or her own Franchise studio within the framework of the Franchisor Studio; using the DanceWell trade name, dance curricula, dance steps, methods, facilities, with the help and encouragement of the Franchisor Studio.For details contact Jay-Jay at 012-343 3747
