The Annual Dinner will be held at the Swan with Two necks Public House, Longdon, on Friday October 24^th 1997 from 7.45pm.

Details of the dinner are enclosed together with a course selection form with instructions.

Also the voting form for Nomad of the Year is appended below. If at all possible could you please return this by8.30pm on the night of the Annual dinner?

Could you please also note that the sixteenth Annual General Meeting will take place on Thursday October 30^th 1997 at the George IV public house in Bore street, Lichfield, commencing at 8.30 pm.
