Nomad of the Year. (Voted by the members) |
Mal Pinfield was voted the Nomad of the year. Chairman Ray Jennett presented the award and described Malcolm as the 'driving force of the Nomads. Mal scored the highest individual score of the season, 85 against W.T. Parker and finished as the second highest run scorer. He deputised as captain on several occasions and contributed behind the scenes as the fixtures secretary. |

The winner was
Neil Hemmings for his performance against
Blythe Bridge in
the thrilling victory in the penultimate game of the season. Neil took 4 for

Fielder of the Year. (Chosen by the committee) |
Awarded to Ted Osborn
for excellent wicket keeping throughout the season. An injury to Pete Gardner (broken collar bone) meant that Ted was pressed into service and he performed admirably. He was always willing to put the batsman under pressure by standing up. He finished the season with 11 catches and five stumpings. |
Gonad of the year. |
Fuzz Weir won the Gonad
of the Year. Fuzz was always in the driving seat for this award and his fifth Gonad at Sutton on the Hill secured the title when the Barton match was cancelled. For good measure he claimed his sixth duck in the last match against Essington & Great Wyreley. 2004 Gonads - Full Details |

Game of the Season. |
The victories batting second against CACC and
Blythe Bridge were probably the most exciting games of the season. Victory over Beaudesert is as sweet as it is rare. |
