A Gonad is the Nomad's affectionate term for a
duck. (Which is getting out for 0 runs). The Trophy is awarded annually
to the player who accumulates the most Gonads throughout the season. In
the event of a tie it is awarded to the player with the least number of
runs.

18/9/05: Dan Moss picked up a first ball
duck after a heavy night out at the Buxton CC annual dinner.
11/9/05: There was a debut duck for Sos
Hughes against Alveley.
3/9/05: There was a first duck of the
season for Paul Fearon and a third duck for Graeme Blackburn in the draw
at Sutton on the Hill.
30/8/05: Rich Caygill and Sam Baraud both
picked up ducks in the win at Friskney.
21/8/05: There were ducks for Fuzz Weir
and Pete Blackburn in the defeat at home to Walsall AHA.
7/8/05: There were ducks for Graham Coleman, Graeme Blackburn and Dave
Pickering in the defeat against Cannock Wood.
31/7/05: There were ducks for Mark
Heslington and Graeme Blackburn in the victory over Church Eaton.
16/7/05: Pete Blackburn picked up his second duck against Beaudesert.
19/6/05: Rob Coleman and M. Williamson
both picked up ducks in the defeat at Bishop's Tachbrook.
12/6/05: 2002 champion, Dave Pickering,
picked up his first duck of the season against Swynnerton.
5/6/05: Akin Hussein joins Snapper as the
only recipients so far.
22/5/05: Pete Blackburn collected the first duck of the season in the
defeat at Church Eaton.
15/5/05: Four matches played and still no Gonads. It must be a record!
