 Smoked Chicken Salad with a raspberry dressing

Tagliatelle with Mussels and Squid in a tarragon sauce

Carved Roast Sirloin of Beef rolled in herbs, with a red wine & shallot jus

 Char-Grilled Halibut presented on a bed of roasted peppers & fennel

 Roasted Supreme of Red Snapper with a tangy fruit salsa

Chicken Breast Poached in Blackcurrant with a spinach and basil salad
