I'm an electrical engineer with special preference to biomedical engineering. I graduated january '96 from the Engineering College of Aarhus after fishing my final thesis at the Georgia Institute of Technology autumn '95. Along with 3 fellow students I devolped a software tool to evaluate turbulence in the vicinity of obstructed or artificial heart valves. The program was developed in LabVIEW from National Instruments, and the major components were collecting data and perform special turbulence analyses. After I graduated I started working at the Department of Cardiothoracic and Vascular Surgery at Aarhus University Hospital Skejby Sygehus. Here I've been working with developing LabVIEW software with special analyses abilities, and done research upon sound analyses of heart sounds of both natural and mechanical heart valves.
