Ben Davis Cross Country is coached by Scott T. Williams. Coach Williams is a Ben Davis alumni who had remarkable high school and college careers. With two State titles (1984 Cross Country and 1985 1600 Meter) as well as numerous school and course records he went on to run for Indiana University where he earned many honors including a Big 10 Individual Championship. Coach Williams is the only Individual Indiana State Cross Country Champion to coach an Indiana State Cross Country Championship team. He is also the only Individual State Champion to coach an Individual State Champion (1996), not to mention the 1996 Individual Champion/Runner-up Pair. |
