PHILOSOPHY

The faculty and staff at Factory Shoals Elementary School believe

that it is our job to educate the whole child: academically,

physically, socially, emotionally, and aesthetically. We believe that

school should be a positive, comfortable and secure environment

that is child centered. We believe in encouraging children to reach

their fullest potential and to take pride in their accomplishments.

We encourage independent thinking and a positive self-concept.

Also, we believe that each staff member should provide a positive

role model, creating a cohesive family atmosphere of mutual respect.
