Ha! I bet you thought I'd never get these pages up!

Well here ya go, a peek at my workouts =)

 

   
 Recognize the log sheets from the book? It was Day 1
and Day 3 throughout my entire challenge! Lovely record keeping there at the end, I wish I had dated my workouts. The arrows are my shorthand for needing to increase the weights.
 
   

For cardio  I used the sheet the gym gave me. Look at all those consecutive dates! No wonder I was sooooo tired........

 


Challenge 2
 

 You may have noticed by now, my rep weight patterns were off just a tiny bit. I super-setted using the same weight I had just used for my 6 rep set. I hit 10's, the hard way. This second challenge, Alan (my hubby) joined me............meaning instead of am workouts, we worked out in the pm's. I noticed a decrease in strength, I'm sure purely from being tired at the end of the day. It was not uncommon for workouts to be as late as 9 o'clock. You folks who do your workouts in the evenings, hats off to you! I much prefer my morning workouts!

Also, at this point I created a spread sheet to record workouts on. This way I could see exactly what I had lifted previously and whether or not it was difficult for me.

Those numbers in the brackets, are the pin hole numbers.......... much easier to just slide the pin to the next hole than to try to remember which one was which weight (new home gym for Christmas!) which btw also explains the weird weight jumps. One week after hubby bought me this gym, they came out with an incremental set up, figures :)

Challenge 3

 


Well, here we go. I finally got it all together! The correct weight with the right reps and my life turned upside down on me! I missed workouts, I missed meals, I missed sleep.............but hey! I also lost all the summer flab! Can't wait to see what I can accomplish doing it ALL right!

A day or two from my current workouts
 

Ok I know, where's the spreadsheet? It's on the other side =) I decided to workout at home and didn't have one printed up for lower body at home, don't know why either, I had them printed for my second, wonder if it's because I never used it?? You can see by my notes, I've got pain in my shoulder again, and OMG why didn't I include lunges before??!! It hurt for days!
