Ok I know, where's the spreadsheet? It's on the other side =) I decided to workout at home and didn't have one printed up for lower body at home, don't know why either, I had them printed for my second, wonder if it's because I never used it?? You can see by my notes, I've got pain in my shoulder again, and OMG why didn't I include lunges before??!! It hurt for days! |
