BOO GHOST CRAFT

We've done this craft a few times over the years. It can be done with felt or foam. However, to cover part of the Craft Outlook, we made it from vinyl scraps that a local factory was throwing out.

Covers Opening Today and Tomorrow # 6 and if you use recycled materials will also cover Crafts Part C!
