The Luckiest Person of the 1990's

In 1994, 44-year-old Mary Clamser of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, who suffered from multiple sclerosis, was struck by lightning(or at least lightning struck her house) while she was holding metal objects in each hand and wearing her metal leg brace. Within minutes she found she could walk easily and without pain. Her doctors told her the "cure" was probably temporary, but she continues to walk easily to this day.

In April of 1995, she was incited to appear on a television show in California to be interviewed about this miraculous occurrence. She was happy to do so, she had to cancle a local appointment for 9:00 am on April 19 at the Oklahoma City federal building(which, as we all know, was blown up that morning).
