My mom found out on October 1, 1997, that she was expecting me.
She didn't have a great pregnancy as she was a lot sicker than when she had my sister Kaylin.

She talked alot about having me soon so that she could eat a snickers bar!   She just loves "Snickers Bars". Now, whenever she eats one, I watch and smile.

Then my big day came. I was born on May 27, 1998 after my mom was induced at 6:30 am.

My mom was so proud to have me and she constantly stated that it was the "Perfect Family" - two children, one of each sex.

I weighed 7 pounds even and was a picture of health. My sister was so excited to finally get to bring me home.

There were a few ups and downs about my family since my dad was doing so little to help my mom. She tried to make things work for the sake of Kaylin and I, but it didn't seem to work.


When I was only 5 weeks old, she took both of us and went to her mothers. We stayed there for a while but mom wanted us to go back home. It was very stressful until my dad left on Aug. 9th and then things got better for all of us.

I went into daycare on Aug. 10th and Kaylin in school on Aug 11th and mom returned to work on Aug. 12th to support us.

My mom was beginning to get her confidence back by this point and things were looking much better.

Then 2 days later on Aug. 14th her world came crashing down. The police went to tell her at work that I had been found dead at daycare.

My mom still misses me and so does my sister, Kaylin, and I know that she believes that her life would be complete if I was in it.

So I want to help my mom become a survior. I love her and watch over her and my sister all the time. I am their guardian angel who touches them gently in their sleep, who whispers my love to them in a breeze. I'm still here and I will always be here for them.
