Werewolves, skeletons, ghosts in rocks,

Leaping and creeping like a fox,

These are the things that are heard and seen,

In the dark of night on Halloween.

Witches, alley cats, goblins in tombs,

Mummy in a case singing scary tunes,

These are the things that say trick-or-treat,

In the dark of night on people’s streets.
