This model is a small two-story home for with a sheltered garden and some nice furnishings. It is a nice vacation or beach home for a single minifig or a young couple. (Bill and Mary might find it a bit small if they want to have a family.)

You'll see a set of arched doors opens into the garden and there is a small shed there that can hold garden tools and a water hose. Light for the garden comes in through the gate on one side and overhead. A tile path leads to the main door of the house.

Going inside, you find a small, efficient kitchen and, turning right through the arched support, the living room. Inside the living room are two chairs, a table, and a wide-screen television set.

Upstairs is a small bed and night-stand with a reading light. The house has large shuttered front windows and smaller arched side windows making the place airy and bright.

One of the walls is rather plain so you can build two of these next to each other. Just replace the special wall pieces on the back-right wall with plain bricks. The back is also open so you can see the interior.
