So, without any further ado,
'Tis the season for giving and loving!!
We are all beginning to decorate our homes
A quick and simple decoration can be made from:
Allow the child to "paint" the outside edges
You may wonder how this can be considered a craft
Please visit again during the holidays
When Kajun Momma was asked to help with the Kraft Kommittee,
the first thing she thought of was Kool Kids sitting on the floor
doing some Kewl Krafts from the Bible.
here goes ~~~~~~~
for the birthday of the Christ Child.
A large pine cone.
A school glue stick.
A small bottle of glitter.
*note* this can be messy, so you might want
to dress the child in a used adult tee shirt!
of the pine cone with the school glue.
This will make the pine cone look like
snow is on the edges. And, will make
the glitter adhere to the pine cone.
Now let the child sprinkle glitter on the glue.
Remember that all the glitter will not stick.
Now the child has a Christmas Tree Pine Cone
that may be placed anywhere in view for the holidays.
Maybe even it will have a place of honor
in the middle of the Christmas lunch table.
from the Bible. Remember that God made all the beautiful
trees and plants for all people to enjoy.
What better way to celebrate His Son's earthly birth
than by recycling some of those beautiful pinecones?
as we will change crafts often for the children!!
