Announcing my very first award!

Hopefully soon I will have two to choose from, but my Mommy has to make one for my brother first. This award was created so that people who have taken the time and effort to make sites that are fun for all ages can be honored with my award. Because I am very little and impressionable, you site must be approved by my Mommy. Here are the requirements:

Absolutely no adult themes.
The page must be a kid safe site.
Only personal sites are eligible for my award.
It must be an interesting page, not just a bunch of links.
The site must not try to sell anything.
The site must not show cruelty to animals in any way.

If you meet these requirements, just fill out the form below. My Mommy will visit your site and if she agrees, I will mail my award to you. Please do not just take my award. It won't mean anything anyway since only actual winners are listed on my winners page.

Please note that my Mommy has experienced some computer problems. If you applied for my award between December 6, 1997 and February 14, 1998, please resubmit your entry because it may have not been received.
