Every thing you need to know about HTML, CGI, JavaScript, ect.(and some stuff thats useless but totaly cool) is there. Even if you think you know everything about HTML you're bound to find something new. Joe Burns (the creator of HTMLGoodies) gives his thoughts of creating the perfect webpage adds a few software links and provides some free gifs.

I give HTMLGoodies an A- Joe Burns does a great job but lacks a little in explanation in a few of the harder codes.

One of the hardest things to do on you home page is to get people to come. Try registering your site with search engines. Addme.com can help you do this easier and faster.

Or try telling poeple about you site in chat rooms, but work it into the conversation slowly. I would hate it if someone came in and the first and only thing they said was "COME TO MY WEB SITE!!!!" (Ouch)

How about LinkExchange, you create an ad submit it to them, then you put a banner on you site and you will be linked in a ring of ads. Your ad will be on many other people's website and many people will have their ad on your site in an exchange.
