Student Work from 1999-2000 School Year

In April we read "Rechenka's Eggs" by Patricia Polacco. Afterward, we talked about gifts we had received that were special to us. Then we wrote about something we would like to give to someone else and why.

I will give my chidern my jupan mony and bhomus (Bahamas) mony that I've had for a long time because it is speshul.

I would give food and good homes for children that don't have homes because I want all the children to live in the world

I wounld give some relly good football cards to my bouther. Because he is spuil to me. Hes my bouther.

I would give love and food and good homes to kids and people who are poor. I would give it to them food and shelter because I feel bad for theose people.

I wond give my bike to my Dad. because my Dad douse'nt have one. because it just specail. so I can ride aoude the nadrhud (neighborhood).

I will give my mom and dad a pink angel ornament that has a pearl bow. I would give it to them because it is beautiful and comforting to look at. It makes you feel safe, like it's watching you.

I would make 1 gold, 1 silver, and 1 bronze star for my mom. I would also so that for my whole family. The reason I would do that is to let them know they all have 1rst 2nd and 3rd place in my Heart!

I would give my mom a male cain terrier. She's has been wanting one for a long time, and she would really appreciate it.

I well give my cat becose I have 2 cats I well give it to Zach S.

I would give a Beanie Baby to Brooke. Brooke is my friend and she likes Beanie Babies.

I wold give ny life to Jeses because he is a vary speshal person and I am a cristen.

I would give someone my bike and gameboy and a cross I got for my first comunion for good will after my death because those things mean a lot to me.

Something I would give to someone that is very speshle to me is my Playstation and I would give it to Cody because he is a good friend and he always wanted a Playstation.

I would give to somebody (just to be nice) to my mom a very pretty necklace. To my grandma some very pretty smelling bath stuff.

I would give my younger cousin Kyle my necklace that my dad gave me. Its speial to me because my dad gave it to me and its from a meator.

Something I would give that's special to me would be my twin. This I would give to Mrs. Rose. A special thing someone gave me is my stuffed animal lion that I still sleep with.

I wuld give a teshert to andy. He is a baby from my moms frend. It is speshell to me becus I wor it wen I wus a Baby.

I would give hugs to my mom and dad. Hugs are special because I love them. P>

I would dedecat my Washington quarters to my fuchture son they are special because it will take me 9 years to collect them all.
