Blade the Grasshopper 5-15-00
Classically trained, Blade's a musician.
If you haven't heard him, you don't know what you're missin'
His legs make the sound of a violin playing.
"Strike up the band!" you can hear him saying.
Petey the Peacock 6-2-00
In the hot summer heat when it's too much to bear,
Petey scoffs, "Who needs central air?"
He spreads out his tail, a fan it becomes.
Cool as can be, he's proud of what he's done.
Wally the Warthog 5-26-00
Wallowing in mud to keep himself cool,
Wally the warthog is nobody's fool.
When the sun gets too hot, there's no need to pout.
He lays in the mud and chills himself out.
