My name is Renee Coram, and I am a fifth grade teacher at Jackson
Elementary School, Fort Campbell, Kentucky. Before coming to Ft. Campbell, I was a Department of Defense Dependent Schools (DoDDS) teacher overseas then a teacher at Bradley Elementary School, Ft. Leavenworth, Kansas .
I received my BSED in Elementary Education from Austin Peay State
University in Tennessee. I hold a minor in mathematics. I continue to grow
with my students and their interests by taking courses in technology and the
latest teaching methodologies.
My husband and I have been married for 25 years. We are both natives
of Tampa Florida. He is an Army Chaplain, and we have four children.
Before coming to Ft. Campbell, our family resided in many of the
Southeastern states, the Midwest and overseas in Germany and Korea.
I am a teacher because I sincerely love to teach and work with children.
I want to be that special someone who can motivate a child. I believe
all children have great potential and that learning should be fun. Therefore,
my classroom presents itself as an environment for learning. I
attempt to teach an integrated, hands-on, success oriented curriculum
following the outcomes of this district.
