The Smiley Angel
In the Japanese version, he (it?) was a cactus. 
In the U.S. version, they changed it to a smiley kind of 'thing'. *sigh*
It basically does nothing at all, as you will see below. It comes from the Big Lip angel. It's not very difficult to get if you have Big Lip first and maintain the AP between 36-39. *Drum-roll* Now for the *glorious* pictures...
