FREQUENCIES ALIVE is a radio scanning facility created to assist the enjoyment of Sydney based scanner enthusiasts.
This page has been set up by Ben, a resident of Sydney, Australia. I am a keen radio operator, and operate on 27MHz and UHF CB radio, 27MHz and VHF marine radio, and regularly monitor HF, VHF and UHF transmissions on my HF receiver and my two scanners. I am an apprentice Aircraft Maintenance Engineer (avionics), currently (2006) working on the RAAF Orion aircraft - a plane that's devoted to radio.
