I live in Florida, out in the country. I like it here but in the summer it gets too hot. I have a dog named Molly. I also have ducks. We started out with four baby ducks. One of them got eaten by a hawk and then six more ducks showed up. They like the food we give them and the pond. They will probably stay.
I have a sister. Her name is Rachel and she is four. She loves animals and flowers. I like animals but not like her. She likes nature and I like outer space. I also love Legos and Tinkertoys. I build stuff all the time. I love Walt Disney World, EPCOT Center and Kennedy Space Center. I also like to go on trips. On July 4, 1998 we went to Washington D.C. We saw the White House, the Lincoln Memorial and the Washington Monument. The Lincoln Memorial was very big. We went to the top of the Washington Monument. We also went to Mount Vernon and saw the real bed of George Washington. He slept in that bed and he died in that bed. We've also been to Toronto, Canada, Niagara Falls, West Virginia and Ohio. I wanted to move to Ohio because they have a park there with a little roller coaster that I like but my parents said we can't move.
We've also been to Mammoth Cave in Kentucky and to a neat Civil War fort in Alabama. When I was really little we went to Williamsburg, Virginia and visited Jamestown but I don't remember it. We have to go again.
I do not go to public school. I am homeschooled. I like homeschool because I can learn about whatever I want. We have a lot of books. My favorite books are the Bible and Dorling Kindersley Books. My mom sells DK books and we have a bookcase of them. DK books have great pictures. I love their CD-ROMs too.
I go to church every Sunday and every Wednesday night. I love my church and I love my Sunday School. My teacher is Miss Maggie. I love God and Jesus. Everyone doesn't know about Jesus, though. One time I wanted to go to all the houses and tell them about the miracles that Jesus did. I wanted to tell people that He is alive and that He forgives us for all the bad things we do. I still think I should do that. I had a plan once to go to the mall and tell the people there and then when I was done I'd go to the Disney Store and buy something.
My pastor always says that there are only two kinds of people in this world--the ones that know Jesus and have Him in their heart and the ones that need to. Which one are you?
