Jill and Eustace escape from their dreadful school to Narnia where Aslan sends them on a mission to rescue Prince Rilian, heir to the old King of Narnia. Jill is given four signs by Aslan to help the children find the Prince. With Puddleglum the Marshwiggle to act as their guide, they journey to the Bottom of the World to try and free the prince from the Queen of Underland and the bindings of his silver chair.
