            Q. What is the importance of the different tags?     A.There are two tags on the beanie. The most important one is the swing tag,(this is the tag that is in the shape of a heart and has the letters ty on it)(for a refrence of all the different swing tags click here ) The swing tag is worth 50% of the beanies value. A collector will usaully look at this before anything else, when they buy a beanie. If there is any tear, dent, crease, or etc. on the swing tag, that drops the value usually in half. The other tag found on the beanie is the tush tag. This tag is located usually someplace on the behind of the beanie, it has small red lettering, explaining the pellets and where the beanie is from. This tag should be in mint condition, but if it isn't don't worry, collectors are not usually that intrested in it.

Q. What type of beanies are worth the most?

A. The beanies that end up increasing in prices are the bears. We are not sure for the reason. Other ones are the tie died beanies and the pure white beanies. The reason for the pure white beanies increasing in price is because these are the ones that most likely end up getting dirty.
