Three left-border backgrounds, one full background, three bullets, six dark purple labelled buttons, one unlabelled dark purple button, six labelled light purple buttons, one unlabelled light purple button, six labelled turquoise buttons, one unlabelled turquoise buttons

The font used on the buttons in "Comic Sans MS". You can use the blank buttons to create your own personalized buttons.
