This is Sendall Gardens House
in beautiful downtown Langley in the heart of the Fraser Valley.
This is a wonderful site to
have your wedding pictures taken.
The City purchased the main
property at 20166 - 50th Ave. in 1974 from Mr. Alan Wright for
$145,000. The house was constructed around 1949. Once acquired,
the City Council of the day named the property "Sendall
Gardens" in memory of Ernie Sendall (Rump Sendall Hatchery
on Fraser Highway), who was the City's first elected Mayor. The
water running through the park is named "Muckle Creek".
