All products are sold as: all sales are final and non-returnable unless they are found to be damaged, defective or not as advertised. JEIRLES WHOLESALE must be notified of the situation within 5 days of your receipt. All products found to be not damaged upon inspection will be subject to a 25% restocking fee. After five days from your receipt, problems will fall under the warranty provisions listed in the auction page and is the responsibilty of the customer.

If the Auction Listing Offered a Warranty, it is provided buy the warranty provider or manufacture, not JEIRLES WHOLESALE. Upon request I will send a Company Sales Invoice from JEIRLES WHOLESALE in order customer to receive a replacement or service. Remember this is an auction. I do not offer Retail services at Wholesale Prices

Sorry All Shipping & handling charges are not refundable. Remember this is an Auction. Please don't ask us to refund shipping Charges. If you bought something from a retail store and wanted to return it, they wouldn't give you gas money! Right

No returns for damaged, defective or not as advertised items will be accepted without prior authorization and a JEIRLES WHOLESALE return merchandise authorization ("RMA") number. If you send us the product without an RMA number will not accepted. RMA numbers can only be obtained via email, and must be obtained within 5 days of receipt of the product.

To obtain an RMA from JEIRLES WHOLESALE please email your claim within three days of receiving product.

Requests received after 5 days from receipt date fall under the warranty terms and conditions for the specific product. Furthermore, any returns that are found to be non-defective are subject to at least a restocking fee of 25%

Original shipping & handling charges are not refundable. Customer is responsible for shipping and proof of delivery on all returns. Please retain all tracking information from the shipper until you have been credited. JEILRLES WHOLESALE recommends using a reputable carrier capable of providing proof of delivery. JEIRLES WHOLESALE also requires that return shipments be properly packed and fully insured.

All returns must be in original condition, including packaging, documentation, warranty cards, manuals and accessories.
